I went over on my calories yesterday, so this morning I thought I'd hop on the scale and see how much damage I did. Imagine my surprise when I saw I'm down a pound. Tomorrow is my official weigh in for the week, so I won't get too excited yet. It might just be that I'm low on fluids this morning.
I should have mentioned in my previous post that I'm in level two in my running group, so I was slated for a 7 mile run last night. It turned out to be 8.5 based on my Garmin's reading. There's a standing joke in our group that our coach never gets the miles right. We call them John miles. He lived up to his reputation last night.
