Tonight was speed work at the track. Level 2 (my level) was to do 5 x 800 metres with a 200 metre rest between each set. Here's how mine went:
1 - 4:15
2 - 4:10
3 - 4:06
4 - 4:04
5 - 3:58
As you can see, each one got a little faster. I had too much dinner tonight and was feeling sluggish at first, but I picked up half way through. It was a good workout.
Oh yeah, I also did 40 pushups today.
